How would you describe your mindset? Are you easily defeated by failure or do you see failure as an opportunity to learn from? How do you handle criticism? When challenges hit, do they derail you or do you persist through them?

Growth mindset will move you towards, while a fixed mindset will hold you back. In which direction do you want to move in your academics, career, relationships and your personal  health and wellness?

  • Learn from criticism
  • Find inspiration in the success of others
  • Reach higher levels of achievement

Check in with yourself  in the areas of career, relationships, your personal health and well being and see where you may be exhibiting a fixed mindset. Share this with a trusted friend and ask them to help you stay accountable to moving toward a growth mindset.
